BancoAXLS does not store, save, or archive the PDF or CSV documents you upload to the converter. Files are processed transiently in the memory of our servers and are immediately, permanently, and irretrievably deleted once the conversion to Excel is complete. We will never have historical access to your financial data.
2. Payment and Subscription Information
To process subscription purchases (Pro and Business plans), we use Stripe as our secure third-party payment processor. When making a purchase, you provide your billing information (such as name, email, address, and credit card/Tax ID data) directly to Stripe. BancoAXLS does not process, capture, or store your credit card numbers on our servers. The collection and use of your payment data are governed exclusively by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
3. General Information Use
Outside of the information strictly necessary to manage your subscription via Stripe, we do not sell, rent, or share any personal or analytical information with third parties for marketing purposes. The information generated in our freely accessible calculators is strictly local to your browser.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We may use essential technical cookies (including those necessary to maintain the Stripe checkout session) and basic web analytics tools to understand our website traffic. We do not use invasive advertising tracking cookies targeted at your financial information.
