By accessing and using BancoAXLS, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
BancoAXLS provides a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform to automate the conversion of bank statements from PDF and CSV formats into Excel (.xlsx) formats, alongside freely accessible financial calculators.
3. Data Privacy and Security
Our service is built with a strict privacy-first architecture. We do not store, save, or retain your financial documents or the generated Excel files. All file processing is performed transiently in memory, and files are permanently deleted from our servers immediately after conversion.
4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Cancellations
BancoAXLS offers paid subscription plans (Pro, Business, Enterprise) subject to processed page limits. Payments are securely processed through our third-party payment provider, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize automatic recurring billing based on your chosen billing cycle (monthly or annually).
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal. Cancellation will stop future charges, but no partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused billing periods or unconsumed page limits.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BancoAXLS LLC does not guarantee that data conversion will be 100% error-free due to the variability of banking formats. The user assumes all responsibility for verifying and reconciling the accuracy of converted data before official or accounting use.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
